RETURN POLICY

We want you to love all CATALINA CAVAZOS pieces, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns following the next policies:

Products purchased from CATALINA CAVAZOS are eligible for a refund if CATALINA CAVAZOS receives your return within the first 10 days after you receive your purchase.

If you wish, you will also have up to 10 days after products have been received to EXCHANGE for another item of equal value on the website before receiving a full refund.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

A few discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

Shipping charges on expedited orders are NOT refundable. 

ALL SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGE MUST BE PAID BY COSTUMER. 

CATALINA CAVAZOS does NOT cover the cost of national nor international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the cost most effective of shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

HAUTE COUTURE GOWNS - All haute couture gowns may be returned within the first 10 days after you receive the item, for a full refund or store credit. We cannot accept returns on any haute couture gowns after 10 days. 

Custom-made pieces cannot be returned, and we will not accept them. 

ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED THE SAME WAY YOU RECEIVED THEM. UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED, UNUSED, WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND IN THE SAME ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If we receive back a product that is not in any of these conditions, the refund or exchange is NOT valid. 

We will notify you when your return package is delivered back to our store. Please note that returns may take 5-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account, depending on your financial institution.

For all customers, we will reimburse return transport costs on items with major defects or if you get another product by mistake. In general, we will reimburse return shipping charges for major defects or errors made by us on a maximum of three times per year, per customer.

A 5% transaction commission charged to CATALINA CAVAZOS by a third party will NOT be included in the refund.  

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for ALL returns. 

CATALINA CAVAZOS reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.

Return Instructions:

1. Email us at contact@catalinacavazos.com to request your return, and please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed. 

2. Once your request is processed, we will email you with instructions on how to proceed.  

3. Carefully read our return policy and make sure all items are included in your package. 

4. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of return to process your return/exchange. 

Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account, depending on your financial institution.
